The Town Recorder, Yvonne Bullard, serves as the official custodian of the Town’s records and a key point of contact for public information. Responsibilities include preparing and preserving agendas, minutes, ordinances, and resolutions; managing public records requests; maintaining the municipal code; and ensuring transparency and compliance with state and local laws. The Recorder coordinates Town elections as required, administers oaths, processes certain licenses and permits, and supports the Board of Alderman and departments with accurate documentation. Dedicated to open government and excellent service, the Town Recorder helps residents access information, participate in meetings, and stay informed about Town business.
