The Town of Oakland's employees are led by Town Manager, Harvey Ellis. Formerly the Public Works Director, Mr. Ellis has served the citizens of Oakland with pride for more than 30 years. The Town Manager is appointed by the Board of Aldermen to oversee the many administrative tasks that are carried out daily for our town.
